I immediately knew I was taking to an experienced and knowledgeable company who cared about finding the right GP saddle from their huge stock and I was struck by how interested and thorough they were. After a long discussion they sent two saddles on their next day trial service and, despite us being hundreds of miles away, they arrived well packed and exactly as described the following day. The weather immediately became stormy and they were happy to extend the standard three day trial to allow me to be sure one of the saddles fitted, and arranged within hours of confirming I was happy with one to have the other picked up.
